Job Responsibilities:
As the CSV Expert, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating various validation activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for local team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Managing the onboarding process for team members, including training coordination, access requests, and bundle preparation.
- Aligning validation activities with the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and collaborating with IT Compliance Leads.
- Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to CSV activities.
- Conducting monthly meetings with IT Compliance Leads to discuss demand management and resource allocation.
- Overseeing operational activity and capacity planning using the Resources GURU system.
- Managing the local team, including coordinating holidays and maintaining efficient team operations.
- Generating reports on IT Leadership Team (ITLT) KPIs, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in CSV (Computer Systems Validation).
- Proven track record of working with companies across different regions.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in French would be highly advantageous.
- Strong diplomatic, communication, and negotiation skills.
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Solid IT background/education and familiarity with project management principles.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
- Specific experience in manufacturing systems (e.g., Siemens PCS7/XFP, Emerson DeltaV/Syncade), laboratory systems (e.g., Labware LIMS/ELN, Thermofisher Watson, Empower Waters), and involvement in GMP, GDP, and/or GLP projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with infrastructure components and platforms, including networks, databases, servers, data centers, backup solutions, monitoring tools, identity and access management, communication platforms, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with SAP modules, including FICO and GxP environments, is a plus.
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) technologies, including mobile app and website development, and exposure to GCP, GPVP, GMP, or GDP is advantageous.
