- We are a medical AI startup, aiming to assist the embryo grading task of the in-vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure using deep-learning-based product. We are looking for a full time position an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team.

Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into product requirements and corresponding justification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory and customer success, to ensure the product’s development, launch, and success.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is developed as per the requirements and delivered on time.
- Ensure product development adherence to regulatory requirements and frameworks.
- Track product performance and measure success. Gather customer feedback, metrics, and data to continuously improve the product.
- Have a clear understanding of the market, customer needs, and competition at all times.
- Maintain professional, clinical, and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review professional publications, etc.
- Prioritize and make decisions in a changing agile environment.
- Create release notes and similar material for product marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3-4 years as a hands-on Product Manager with the above-listed responsibilities from med-tech company
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Proven experience working with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
