Channel Partner Manager [South Korea]


 

  • Promote clinical Flow cytometry products with Channel Partner in Korea to achieve sales target for both revenue and profit.
  • Manage channel partner handling clinical flow cytometry, cell health, QC and biomanufacturing products.
  • Be the regions expert in clinical Flow cytometry products.
  • Develop and expand customer relationships to generate business opportunities.
  • Develop and acquire strategic key accounts as well as key orders.
  • Submit monthly report, activity plan and sales forecast on time.
  • Teamwork with other employees to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Implementation and Support of related additional responsibilities assigned by manager.
  • Take responsibility and ownership for creating and driving clinical flow cytometry, cell health, QC and biomanufacturing product initiatives in Korea.
  • Conduct customer presentations for clinical Flow cytometry products where required/requested in Korea.
  • Identify new strategic Korea market flow growth opportunities to gain market share.
  • Work with local Korea team to extract and analyze data from SFDC to provide insight into sales performance, based on funnel management.

Requirements:

Education

At least Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical Science or Life Science related majors

Master’s degree and above is preferred.

Working Experience

At least 7 years of scientific research/ application experience in life sciences industry

Required Skills

  • Experience and ability to manage channel partner within product range or assigned district.
  • Pursue prospects promote products.
  • Offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
  • Good presentation and strong language proficiency in English.
  • Rich knowledge and experience of clinical flow cytometry experiment.
  • Sales Experience in flow cytometry.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the same capacity in international organization.
  • Learn customers’ needs and meet customer requirements.
  • Fast learning and Self-driven to develop expertise to expand repertoire of skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Great team player who shows respect and teamwork for all team members.
