About the Company:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the growing Supply Chain Team at the company's distribution centre located in Lane Cove.
About the role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Run and oversee the day to day operations of the warehouse
- Assist in new employee training and manage warehouse team as required
- Action new orders received by Internal Sales team and prepare for dispatch, following the same day/next day dispatch requirements
- Check the warehouse allocated emails in a timely manner and respond
- Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure all stock has a logical BIN location both physically and in JIWA
- Ensure all stock in warehouse is stored in a safe manner and is strapped and wrapped onto pallets if being stored in racking
- Complete Daily, Weekly and monthly reports on connect team. End of Day Report, Monthly Warehouse managers report (in line with the warehouse manager), First Aid Report, Vehicle checklist, pallet Racking checklist.
- Booking couriers/freight carriers over the phone and online
- Monitor stock levels and work with Warehouse Manager to resolve any discrepancies or shortages. Arrange and manage stock levels and transfers daily and weekly

About you:
- Certificate III in Warehouse Operations
- Current Forklift Licence is highly desired
- Full Driver's Licence
- Prior Management experience is beneficial
- 2-3 years of Warehousing experience is essential
- Demonstrated tenacity and resilience
- High level of customer service
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations
- Team Player
- Ability to work in all areas of warehouse as and when required
