In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production lines in wheelchair manufacturing are supplied on time and in the correct quality. In this way, you will ensure reliable production and the satisfaction of our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execution of production orders on schedule and in accordance with quality standards with the aid of machine tools
- Selection, preparation, insertion and replacement of suitable operating equipment
- Machining of precision components on CNC machine tools
- Assessing own work results on the basis of a worker self-inspection
- Passing on recommendations for action to the CNC programmer
- Implementing upstream and downstream activities to ensure optimum order flow
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator or comparable training
- Experience in production (metal fabrication)
- Knowledge in handling CNC machines as well as their control system
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
