Your duties & responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can join our Production Team at Constantia Pirk, Germany and together with them improve the work quality across our organization, by implementing a X-functional project and knowledge information management strategy.
Among the main responsibilities of the position holder, one can find:
Establish & develop a "Project Management System"
- Create and maintain investment project templates (conception to realisation of additional e.g. equipment, machines, plants), based on "Best Practice Experience" and "Lessons Learned"
- Create and maintain a continuous optimization strategy in the field of production technology, factory design and quality excellence
- Participate in and support cost saving projects with a focus on process engineering
Establish & develop a "Knowledge Based Organization"
- Establish an international supplier network within the defined field of operation
- Share new (internal/external) technology, market & competition data in the defined field of operation
- Secure the proper safeguard & transfer of information internally
- Motivate knowledge sharing through operational solution scouting (e.g. lessons learned) and implementation of active group training measures
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
- Completed higher education (Bachelor/Master Degree) in relevant studies: Media technology, Process Engineering, Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering
- Some relevant professional experience, ideally in the packaging industry, will be considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge and/or experience in project management, as well as gravure, flexographic, coating and lamination packaging technology will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (verbal and written skills). German language will be considered a strong advantage
- High level of interpersonal skills (communication, stakeholder managment and collaborative spirit)
- International mindset
- Willingness to learn & grow into the position and beyond
- Pro-activeness
- Willigness to travel across our plants within the Film Division
