You are responsible as Engineer for managing all aspects of maintenance activities daily. You coordinate and perform routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repair to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of hotel operations.
We’re looking for an Engineer:
- The drill of carrying out routine spot checks of equipment is familiar for you (including HVAC and electrical)
- You feel responsible for the overall maintenance of the building
- You have the knowledge and experiences with carrying out mechanical maintenance, from heaters, ventilation, coolers, AC, etc. Managing requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude is your top priority.
- Here you maintain a focus on safety of guests and colleagues.
- Your aim is to promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive co-operation to requests received
- Communicating with external companies is no problem for you, here you assist where needed.
- Previous experiences as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel? Perfect!
