We are looking for a highly motivated game-changer to lead our Project Management
Process. This dynamic self-starter is someone who:

● Is innovative and analytical with a drive to make the best use of available resources to get things done.

● Has previous experience with full life cycle project management.
● Is detail oriented and has a drive for quality and accuracy of results.
● Is a dynamic communicator with considerable interpersonal skills, who has strong deductive reasoning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute the overall implementation for multiple small to large scale accounts.
● Identify the client's roll out plan based on their specific needs and recommend the best practices to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
● Safeguard customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication including calls, emails, and follow-up timeliness with clients.
● Manage competing deadlines and continually manage multiple project expectations with key stakeholders simultaneously.
● Practice sound judgment and decision-making skills when working with customers, team members, and other departments.
● Manage time and prioritize project task requirements and issues.
● Work with cross functional teams to resolve any roadblocks to ensure a successful implementation.
● Ensure the delivery of projects within the budgets and schedules and according to the requirements agreed with the client.
● Ensure an excellent relationship between the company and its clients.
● Manage change requests, corrections and outstanding project items.
● End-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.

● Ensure effective collaboration across groups and all resources involved when delivering services and solutions to clients, ultimately ensuring client expectations can be met.

● Establish clarity, manage, negotiate, and document project scope and requirements.
● Identify, quantify, manage, and respond to project changes and risk factors.
● Manage and resolve project and personnel conflicts and support escalations; negotiate with customers and partners to reach optimal and mutually agreeable outcomes as necessary.
● Be astute and sensitive to environmental factors and stakeholder influences that may impact decision making and overall project success.
● Actively seek new opportunities by working with the customer, and the change control provisions provided by the contract, to extend the scope of profitable business.
● Support cross-regional teams and global delivery models.

Key Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree
● Customerr Success background with a strong emphasis on relationship building
● 5+ years experience in project or incident management leading complex, strategic initiatives across customer success, customer support, operations, product development and partnership preferably in a rapid-growth SaaS-based portfolio / platform business.

● Experience working with complex IT systems, software, and SaaS technologies.
● An ability to take a bird's eye view to ensure the puzzle pieces come together while being capable of diving into the details to diagnose roadblocks and drive decisions and execution.
● An ability to communicate complex incidents and projects at the right level for the audience.
● Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
● Works well in a fast-paced environment and can quickly switch priorities as business needs change.
● Excellent attention to detail and motivated to double check work.
● Must possess a high degree of integrity and trust along with the ability to work independently.
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
