Handle SSL operational matters for designated clients or regions. Provide professional customer service.

1. Ensure all bookings are implemented in a timely manner according to working procedure, settle daily operation issue in accordance with the policies and procedures of SSL and STC.
2. Timely update of STC and SSL systems and necessary documentation.
3. Ensure all freight, demurrage and other invoices are raised correctly and in a timely manner.
4. Assist in verifying vendors invoices as/when required. Support the Operations Manager on compiling the forecast bookings.
5. Set up good relationship with both customers and vendors. Monitor and manage vendor’s service, make sure all vendors/agents' service meet SSL’s requirement.
6. Actively participate in data and information sharing with Commercial and Accounting team, suggesting when possible, solutions generating improved service, cost or quality result for SSL and its customers.
7. Accompany on customer visits, if required.
