Job Description
- Understand the equipment installation diagram designed by the design department, understand the BOM structure (full English), and choose standard parts on the general standard parts shelf and assemble according to the diagram Complete the mechanical structure and components of the equipment
- Solve the mechanical problems of the parts according to the actual situation of the installation site, which involves functional modifications, and can fully describe the problems and provide suggestions to the mechanical engineer if not functional, complete the problem solving through the modification of the drawings and the machining process by yourself
- Accurately understand the main process flow of the station, the previous step of the trigger condition and the step after the trigger, and the key elements of how to start the action. Through the verification of parts alignment and repairing to meet the equipment capability index
- can fully describe the problems in mechanical assembly and report to the designer and project manager, communicate with the purchaser on the lack of materials, and can execute the warehouse receiving and receiving process
- Lead 2-3 outsourcing colleagues to complete a certain job on time with quality and quantity, reasonably allocate work tasks, supervise the execution of the process, check the consistency and quality of the work, and be able to raise/reduce personnel requirements to the superiors according to the actual situation.
Qualifications
- College degree or above in machinery, automation and other related majors
- 3 years or more experience in complete line or equipment mechanical assembly
- Able to understand English assembly drawings and BOM tables
- Have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, Management ability
- Document ability, use excel, PPT and other tools to record and report the specific details of project installation and debugging.
