Who is Pisano Looking For?
We are looking for a Marketing Associate who has a passion for marketing, is a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and collaboration skills, and has an upper intermediate level of proficiency in English.
We wish Marketing Associate at Pisano, to play a crucial role in supporting our inbound and event marketing activities for our experience management platform brand. Marketing Associate will create and publish engaging content in Turkish and English, optimize website content, manage social media platforms, conduct competitor analysis, track website analytics, and support digital and physical marketing events.
What Does Pisano Expect from You?
We expect you, our ideal Marketing Associate, to
Content Creation and Publishing:
- Create and publish engaging content in Turkish and English languages.
- Optimize website content using HubSpot and WordPress.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create and publish engaging social media posts on various platforms.
Competitor Analysis:
- Research and analyze competitor websites and social media activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Newsletter Creation and Publishing:
- Support the creation and publishing of newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content.
Website Analytics:
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations.
SEO and Content Marketing:
- Stay up to date with SEO and content marketing trends.
- Implement SEO strategies and optimize content.
Event Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events.
- Manage communication calendar for events.
What Skills & Qualifications Do You Need?
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Eager and passionate about marketing with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish (native) and at least upper intermediate level in English.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their usage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Practical mindset and a solution-oriented character.
