For one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Career Development Advisor.
Main responsibilities:
- Guide internal Career Center participants in building skills, networking and discovering potential career paths
- Pivotal role in guiding the participants to the most appropriate resources
- Execution of the Career Center strategies
- Coaching skills to build the ultimate sessions with each of participants
- Challenge participants to explore potential development paths
- Support the EMEA region for the Career Center fully remote
- Employee development, encourage participants for the talking and learning sessions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience with coaching skills, employee development or social work
- Higher education in: Human resources, Psychology, Social work or Education
- Great communication skills, be able to open up the participants and lead them to their best career path possible
- Employee development and coaching skills is a must have
- Open, curious, flexible and participant-centered mindset is crucial
- Listen and communicate effectively and actively
- Organized and efficient tracking and recording of the sessions
