Introduction: Campaign.com is looking for a social issue-driven, self-motivated, and experienced People Recruitment to join our Corporate Affairs Team. The main responsibilities of this position are actively involved in recruitment by creating sourcing strategies, preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process of an internship project.

Responsibilities Be actively involved in recruitment by creating sourcing strategies, preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process (end-to-end recruitment & selection process) Ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment supports a positive candidate's experience (and the other stakeholders) at all times. Create and implement effective onboarding plans. Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data. Actively research new recruitment methodologies and other HR-related things that fit in a startup company that applied for full remote work. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong passion and active in the social world. Have experience in handling recruitment & selection processes and creating employee or team activities to increase team engagement. Strong data analytical, critical and logical thinking, strong administration skill. Creative, positive thinking and attitude, open-minded, and excellent interpersonal skills. Good team player and proactive attitude. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa & English. Very well organized and detail-oriented.
