Our client a well-established Multinational Company in the sector of FMCG is looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced HR Communication & Training Lead based in Athens.

What you will focus on:
  • Work closely with Business Lead and Change Management teams while being responsible for the creation and execution of the project – stakeholder and employee communications plan.
  • Act as internal partner to all Core Project Team and Project Team Leads to advise on the best way to communicate messages.
  • Create editorial content across all channels, ensuring clear, open, timely and consistent messaging.
  • Analyze needs of key target audience groups (project team, business stakeholders and end users as identified).
  • Manage all training deliverables in change plan, training development, training coordination, training delivery and assessment.
  • Review Change Impacts Assessment and confirm impacts have been integrated into training materials.
  • Provide insight and analysis to OCM Lead where areas for improvement / capability gaps and other people related issues are identified through change processes.
  • Review and provide approval on all training documentation to ensure standards are met.
  • Develop, deliver, assess and apply training assessment feedback.

What We are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written & verbal).
  • System training development & delivery experience.
  • Training measurements and assessment experience.
  • Ability to facilitate focus group discussions, conduct classroom learning sessions, seminars and workshops.
  • Strong communication, engagement and good influencing skills.
  • Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent influencing skills and good organizational awareness.
  • Highly responsive and effective multitasker with an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments in order to cope with periods of intense pressure.
  • Internal consulting skills underpinned by strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate in the matrix, getting objectives achieved through others.
